As a therapist, my purpose is to walk with you during life’s most challenging seasons, and help you feel relief, greater understanding, and begin healing. And we’ll do it at a pace that feels good for you.

As a wife, mother, friend, and sister I understand the demands of every day life. I also understand that at times the stress can limit our ability to function throughout the day. That’s what I am here for- to help in those moments. As a therapist, I firmly believe that a major part of your healing is insuring your therapist is a good fit for you. In my therapy space you can expect a warm environment where we’ll talk, cry, laugh, play, and I’ll listen intently as we walk on this journey.

For children and teens I provide a place for creativity and play so they can explore their emotions and thoughts in a language that best suites them. My approach for children includes a mixture of play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques; as appropriate.

For adults and older teens I provide an eclectic approach that draws on techniques based in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approach.

Areas I can help you with:

For Women: Anxiety | Depression | Trauma | Stress | Anger | Women’s issues | Relationship problems | Parenting | Motherhood | Family challenges |

For Children and Teens: Bullying | Social issues | Grief | Behavioral concerns | Anxiety | Depression | Trauma | Stress | Anger | Sibling conflict | Adjustments to new changes | School problems
